Experience
Michael accepts a wide range of briefs in equity, corporate and commercial law. Prior to coming to the bar, Michael worked as a solicitor in the Disputes team at Ashurst. In that role he acted for clients in the banking, energy and resources, pharmaceutical and professional advisory industries. In 2012, Michael was the Associate (Tipstaff) to the Honourable Justice Margaret McMurdo, President of the Queensland Court of Appeal. Michael has first-class honours degrees in law and physics and read for the BCL at Oxford University in 2014.
