Karen Petch recognised as “ADR Practitioner of the Year”

Karen Petch has been named as ADR Practitioner of the year in the Australian ADR Awards 2021.

Karen was nominated for her work in arbitration, mediation and conciliation together with her role in advancing Australia as a centre for international dispute resolution.

Karen is a founding member of the NSW Bar Association’s International Committee, where she leads the Marketing Sub-Committee and is responsible for developing the Committee’s 2021-2022 strategic plan.  She is also a member of the International Committee of the Australian Bar Association.  Each Committee has as its focus the promotion of Australian barristers internationally in arbitration and ADR and the growth of Australia as a leading jurisdiction for international dispute resolution.
