Experience
Christopher practises primarily in commercial litigation, with a focus on financial and corporate disputes and class actions. He acts for a broad range of clients, including listed and private companies, financial institutions, professional services firms and government.
Christopher’s practice includes appearing in multi-party and class action proceedings in the Federal Court and State Supreme Courts. He has extensive experience in cases involving complex expert evidence, particularly scientific and accounting evidence.
His clients value his ability to get to the heart of relevant issues, manage complex proceedings and deliver clear and practical advice.
Christopher accepts briefs to advise and briefs to appear in all courts and tribunals of New South Wales and the Commonwealth as well as the principal courts of the other States.
