Experience
The Hon Ian Callinan AC was a Justice of the High Court of Australia for 9½ years.
He is a qualified mediator and a Grade 1 Arbitrator of the Resolution Institute. He is regularly engaged as a referee and to make expert determinations and evaluations and has mediated and arbitrated (internationally and nationally) in an extensive range of commercial, energy, revenue, mining, construction, regulatory, IT and other disputes throughout Australia and overseas (including in London, New York, Singapore and Delhi).
Mr Callinan has conducted public inquiries and governmental reviews. He has also given evidence as an expert witness in international and foreign legal proceedings and arbitrations.
