Experience

Trent has a broad commercial and corporations law practice and regularly appears led and unled in the State Courts and the Federal Court. He has appeared in matters in the High Court, Federal Court, the New South Wales, Western Australian and Queensland Courts of Appeal, the Supreme Courts of New South Wales, Western Australia and Queensland and lower courts and tribunals in New South Wales.

Trent also practices in public law and regularly appears in the New South Wales Land and Environment Court.

Before being called to the bar in 2016, Trent practised as a solicitor for 10 years and was a Senior Associate at Allens (Linklaters’ Alliance partner in Australia) from 2011 to 2016.
