On 30 July 2021, Arthur Moses SC presented a paper on the topical issue of “Can employer’s mandate vaccination?” as part of the Webinar presented by the Toongabbie Legal Centre (TLC) to raise funds for its access to justice programs at work. The Toongabbie Legal Centre is a community-based legal centre providing free legal advice, referral service and information to those who cannot afford to pay private lawyers and for those who do not know where to go when they encounter a legal problem. Since 2008, the Hon. Margaret Beazley AO QC, Governor of New South Wales has been the patron of TLC.
