Karen Petch joins Emma Beechey as INSOL International Fellow

Karen Petch has been announced a new Fellow of INSOL International, following completion of INSOL International’s Global Insolvency Practice Course (GIPC).

INSOL International is a world-wide federation of national associations of accountants and lawyers who specialise in cross-border turnaround and insolvency. The one-year GIPC is INSOL’s pre-eminent advanced educational qualification in international insolvency. Karen is one of 24 new Fellows to join INSOL’s group of just under 300 Fellows worldwide, and 31 in Australia.

In becoming one of INSOL’s newest Fellows, Karen joins New Chambers’ Emma Beechey, who has been a Fellow since 2018.  Both Emma and Karen are ranked year on year in the Australian legal rankings guides as two of Australia’s leading junior barristers in restructuring and insolvency.
