Experience

Liam has experience across commercial, common law, taxation and criminal matters.

Prior to coming to the Bar, he was a Senior Associate at Arnold Bloch Leibler where he represented and advised companies and individuals across commercial disputes, white collar criminal matters, and internal investigations.

Before joining Arnold Bloch Leibler, Liam was a Senior Federal Prosecutor at the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions. In this role, Liam prosecuted tax, social security and financial services offences, as well as having experience in offences concerning voting and political donations. Liam also worked as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills.

Liam is regularly briefed in a range of commercial disputes whilst also maintaining a broad practice that includes common law, taxation, corporate, environment and planning, and criminal matters (with a particular focus on white collar offences). He has appeared in the Local, District and Supreme Courts of NSW, the Federal Court, and the ACT Supreme Court.
