Michael Hodge QC has joined New Chambers.
Michael Hodge was one of the Senior Counsel assisting the Royal Commission into Misconduct in the Banking, Superannuation and Financial Services Industry.
Michael practices in commercial and public law, with a focus on competition law and consumer protection, economic regulation, corporations law and financial services, and resources and commercial development disputes. He has significant experience in relation to regulatory investigations, civil penalty proceedings and liability of directors and officers.
