New Chambers is currently accepting readership applications for 2025. The closing date for applications is 1 December 2023.
New Chambers have 64 barristers, including 26 senior counsel. Typically, the members of New Chambers refer a large volume of work to the readers. Accordingly, successful applicants for readership will have experience or interest in practice areas that align with the existing members. How to apply
Applicants for a reader position in 2025 should apply in writing to the Clerk & Practice Manager, Angela Noakes, by no later than 1 December 2023.
Applications should include a current curriculum vitae, relevant academic transcripts and contact details for any referee. All applications will be treated confidentially.
