Experience
Daniel practises predominantly in commercial and corporations matters, regulatory disputes and investigations, class actions, professional disciplinary proceedings and consumer matters. Before coming to the Bar, Daniel practised as a solicitor in commercial litigation at Norton Rose Fulbright, and was previously Tipstaff to the Hon. Justice Sackar in the Equity Division of the Supreme Court of NSW, and to the Hon. Justice Sackville in the NSW Court of Appeal.
