New Chambers was once again well received by Chambers and Partners for the 2023 Asia Pacific guide. Our barristers are consistently ranked in a wide range of areas from Dispute Resolution, Shipping, Employment and Tax amongst some of the areas.

This year we congratulate the following barristers:

EMPLOYMENT

Kate Eastman AM SC (Band 1): Kate Eastman SC brings some 30 years of experience to the comprehensive range of employment law matters she handles for individuals and both public and private sector organisations, often in the Federal Court or before other tribunals at state or Commonwealth level. She attracts particular praise for discrimination cases and her work when instructed in connection with key inquiries, including Royal Commissions.
