Experience

Henry accepts briefs in all areas of law. Prior to coming to the Bar, he was Tipstaff to the Hon Justice Leeming of the New South Wales Court of Appeal. He also worked as a solicitor in the aviation litigation department at Norton White, where he worked on matters in a broad range of areas of law in Federal and State courts, both at first instance and on appeal.

 

Henry graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts with First Class Honours in English, and a Juris Doctor, graduating first in his class of 152. Since 2019 he has lectured in Equity & Trusts at the University of New South Wales, and has previously taught Torts & Contracts II at the University of Sydney. He is a reporter for the Federal Court Reports and Federal Law Reports.
