Experience

Greg accepts briefs to appear in trials and appeals throughout Australia in all areas of commercial, corporations, transport and aviation, employment (including work health and safety prosecutions), equity, regulatory, taxation, insurance, constitutional, consumer/trade practices, sports and public law. He also appears widely (including as Counsel Assisting) in commissions of inquiry throughout Australia including corruption inquiries, Royal Commissions and coronial inquests.

Greg was Associate to Chief Justice Murray Gleeson at the High Court of Australia in 2005 to 2006.

He has a BCL and a D.Phil in Law from Oxford where he attended on a Rhodes Scholarship. He also has a BA and LLB from Sydney University.

Greg was previously a solicitor at Mallesons Stephen Jaques (now King & Wood Mallesons), working in their commercial litigation division.

He has taught part-time at both Sydney and Oxford Universities in corporations law, contract law and securities/financial markets regulation.
